Stayed for two nights, and got a room at the back of the hotel which was quiet but small. Wifi was very varied and intermittent. Hotel served its purpose, though were very disappointed by the cooked breakfasts - scrambled eggs that were more grainy than scrambled, so suggest you are early for good cooked breakfasts. Staff can be a little... More

Nice hotel, the room was facing the rear of the hotel and was nice and quiet. The breakfast was good quality and the eggs Benedict was lovely. We ate in town so we never tried the restaurant. The rooms are clean and modern. The Wifi wasn't the best and you seem to be on he verge of 4g however it... More

We stayed for two nights in a room which was quite small and very hot so we had to open the window. Unfortunately, we were located above the extractor from the kitchens so opening the window made it noisy - until we switched on the bathroom light when the bathroom extractor fan obliterated all other sounds! Never have we heard... More

This was a nice hotel but the room sizes vary and we got quite a small one. As with other hotels in Scotland, there were no wash cloths and no alarm clock. They also would only give out one room key (of the old fashioned sort) which was a bit of an inconvenience. The shower was great, and the sticky... More

The room was amazing, really good size and furnished really well. Beds were super comfy and had two double beds in a room. Breakfast was really nice that was provided when you book through the hotel Though the reception in the room/hotel is pretty bad. Lady with blonde hair and Slovak accent was soooooo nice best customer service

A very pleasant experience at the conclusion of our West Highland Way trek.We had spacious suite accommodation and ate a fine meal in the hotel's Brown's Restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff. Worth a visit.

Room and hotel, generally, were good - clean, well presented. Helpful and friendly staff. A short walk from the railway station made it the perfect location for us. Food was straightforward and very nice.

It's taken me a while to write a review, as I stayed at the Nevis Bank Inn back in March. However, it is worthy of a good write up! A friend and I stayed there for 2 nights to use as a base to explore the area. On arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who... More

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Nevis Bank and enjoyed our stay. Good food and accommodation plus friendly staff. Ideal for accessing shops in Fort William but sufficiently far so no noise. We visited Mallaig and had a cruise on Loch Linnhe whilst at the hotel. This is our second visit to the hotel and we will... More

From arriving at reception to book in, until we departed, we were met with very friendly, helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us. Our rooms were clean, well proportioned and tastefully decorated. We ate in the Brown's Restaurant both nights and the food was of an extremely high standard. At Breakfast we had a good choice of cereals and... More
