great central location, fairly quiet street, ordinary house, basic amenities, pleasant widower owner Signor Boggi from Pisa, decent breakfast at 7/8/9 a.m. which is great for early starts. but - both nights people began moving about from 2 a.m., up and downstairs, outside and back, carrying stuff around, talking - silence would descend, then carry on again till well after... The B&B is only a short walk from the train station. Made feel welcome through out the stay and great value for money. Nice hearty Scottish breakfast to start the day off :) Thank you for a great stay :)

We stayed here for one night during JUne 2015. The owner could not have been more helpful and friendly. As far as I could tell there was no drying room as advertised but all our clothes was put outside and hung on the washing line, I felt our room was dated and the breakfast was pretty awful. Fort William is... More

The house is cosy, quiet and old fashioned (Which I personally liked). It's located on a slight hill so we could see Loch Linhe and mountains from our room. 2 mins to the town centre. We didn't go for an en suite bathroom but the communal bathroom was right next to us and it wasn't busy at all so no... More

Since there was no other choice in the area we have stayed here. Although the owner seemed very nice I have to say the state of the room wasn't very nice. I had a very old mattresse where the spring was in my spine the whole night. The duvets seemed very very old. The bathroom was at the limit for... More

This B&B is perfectly located for the town as its only a 2 minute walk away. It's only a 10 minute drive to the visitor centre which is a starting point for walking Ben Nevis. The rooms are clean and tidy. Giorgio the owner is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice and you have different options available.... More

When we booked there wasn't much choice and this B&B didn't come up on all the booking sites so we thought we we're taking a gamble. For the price the B&B ended up being great! My sister and I had a twin room on the main level off the front entrance. It was actually very quiet! The host was welcoming... More

I didn't expect a 5* hotel as the price you pay is definitely not for that. Giorgio was a lovely host and the room was clean and comfortable. For the price I paid it was great value for money for a place so close to the city centre and bus station. Hotels are over £100 in Scotland and it's lucky... More

This B&B was just OK. The house is old, the rooms dated. There is lots of hot water and the shower is great. Breakfast is good and plentiful. I stayed here after completing the West Highland Way and would say that this is an OK stopping place for one night, but no longer. You do have to walk up the... More

Very friendly, clean and comfortable B & B, excellent breakfast, choice of continental or full english. Good value would highly recommend and would not hesitate in using again if ever in Fort William. Mr Boggi was the perfect host.
