I was at the Imperial Hotel last weekend with my wife, it was fantastic the service was fab, the meals were scrumpcious we tried local restraunts too but the quality didn't match the Imperial so we decided to eat from the hotel all weekend. I think they must have done some kinda of refurb because i was there two years... more

Just back from an Easter Break spent in Fortwilliam and Dunoon and i have to say i'm missing all the pampering already. My husband started our long Easter break with two nights in Fortwilliam then continued another 2 nights in Dunoon. Firstly, we arrived quite late on thursday and the bar staffed kindly brought us coffee whilst checking in. Once... more

This is a nice clean hotel in the centre of town. We booked this before we saw the comments on tripadvisor. After reading the reviews we nearly cancelled the booking. I am glad we didn't. The hotel staff were very friendly and the place has a nice atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to help us a couple... more

We stayed at two B&B's and at the Imperial for one night because the good B&B's were full. I know Fort William well as I often work in the area. Generally the top end B&B's offer ten times the experience for the same money as any of the hotels in town. The Imperial has a clean lobby and some of... more

After a slip up with our booking agent the staff at the Imperial Hotel could not have been any more helpful. Rooms were excellent, very clean, and with tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Meals were delicious and service in the dining room excellent. All staff were friendly and efficient but a special thank you must go to Alok and Prashant... more
