Terrible experience at this location. My experience is being reported to Visit Scotland advising them of my visit and staff at this Hotel. This has got to be the worst hotel in Lochaber. The staff are dismissive and the manager (?) was downright rude. The menu promises a great deal, but delivers nothing.
