Easy to find, very calm and comfortable. the room was not very spacious but clean and enough for one night. The restaurant was not very expensive, food was excellent and the service was very nice. We would definitely stay there again if we return in this area.

we made a reservation the day before for a double room for the 10th august 2014, using otel.com, that immediately charged the amount of the room on my card. Stronlossit was the only hotel with a free room, in the area of Fort William around 20 miles. We also needed a cot for my 2 years old baby, but the... More

We spent one night at the Stronlossit Inn in Roy Bridge on the way to the Isle of Skye. We drove about 9 hours from Huntingdon, England. Our room was large and clean. Even though there was a restaurant on the premises, we found the room to be quiet. There was plenty of free parking and the WiFi worked well.... More

We had booked the hotel through an online portal during our road trip to Scotland. We stayed for a day. The hotel is a small etablishment. The rooms are spacious and the facility is very well maintained. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. It's not a fancy hotel, but if you are looking for a comfortable, neat... More

Friendly man showed us to our room, lovely sized room and best shower with a heater so you don't get cold getting out of the shower! We used it as a place to sleep as we climbed ben nevis that day and I slept right through! Electric power showers guaranteed hot water. Connected to local pub/restaurant which looked really nice... Had a great overnight stay at The Stronlossit. A lovely hotel in a truly beautiful location. Room was better than expected given previous reviews and the friendliness of the staff especially Maurice and Sandra, the proprietors could not be faulted. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were accommodating as we arrived very close to the hour the kitchen closed. Good food, good selection. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice view. It was unseasonably hot, so had the window open, which brought smoke directly in from the smoker's area, which was a bit of a bother, but only because we don't care for cigarette smoke.... More

We had pre paid our booking, advising that we would arrive at about 10.30pm having spent the day walking. When we phoned the hotel at 10pm saying that we were still on the mountain and would be a little later, the reply was. "I'm going home now and can't be bothered going into the bar to let someone else know.... More

I can only assume that the reviews that are written praising the landlord of this place must have some sort of connection to him. We have some friends staying with us and did not have enough room to put them up so they stayed at this local hotel. The food, service, and smell of greasy food in the bedroom made... More

Really clean and modern rooms. Lovely hosts and a nice bar and restaurant. Stunning views of the mountains. Was quiet in the off season but would be really busy when the snow is about. Stayed there for only one night but would definitely stay again.
