Stayed the weekend of May 25,2012. Very clean and comfortable room. Our room was huge! Great new bathroom. Hot showers, large fluffy towels, the best breakfast we had in our 2 weeks of touring scotland! Janet is a great cook, and she even served Haggis for breakfast! They were very helpful when we asked about the area. Always asked how... More

Perfectly situated for a walk up Ben Nevis! A really nice, comfortable and clean B&B. The breakfast was amazing and set me up perfectly for a day's walking. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and offered advice on the local area. We had a good sized room and shower room and the bed was very comfortable. As I say... More

We stayed here for two nights at the weekend. Very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great and they were very chatty. Read negative reviews and can honestly say we had a very good time and found no problems at all. Fully recommend this place. This is somebody's home and not a hotel, you pay for what... More

Seated at the foot of Scotlands highest mountain, (walking distance!), this lovely B&B makes you feel part of this majestic countryside. After a warm, hearty welcome, we were shown to our cosy, meticulously clean room by the owner, Janet, herself. The room was beautifully decorated,in tune to this old Scottish house. The shower gave us as much hot water as we... More

Clean, warm rooms with nice en-suites but no complimentary toiletries. Good breakfasts, friendly owners. Watch the deep gravel/pebbles by the front door if you are wearing anything other than boots. Rather on the expensive side for a B&B.

Janet and Graeme were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were always clean and tidy, and had very tasty cookies (different each day) to try with our tea. The location was excellant: close enough to town while still being on a quiet road. We enjoyed using the dining room to play card/board games in the evening and liked browsing the... More

We visited 6 b&b's in Scotland this holiday. No doubt that this was the least of all, although the price was in the top-end. Rooms okay but nothing special, you could hear other people very well. Towels had stains from bleach. Left after one night to find a better place.

We booked the room through Visit Scotland. We were three and they gave us an en-suite triple room. There was a double bed andwo single beds (really, one single bed and a camping bed...) but the room was big enough. There was written there was the wi-fi free but with our mobiles we were not able to connect. the bathroom... More

We arrived by train to Fort William and discovered that the guesthouse was located a fifteen minute walk from the central parts of Fort William and closer to the Ben Nevis. The friendly service made us feel welcome and comfortable. Beds were ok, although somewhat firm but the highlight of the stay was the breakfast, homemade and well cooked with... More

After calling many B & B's in Fort William we endedup at the tourist board were they tried other places before booking us into Ben Nevis Guest House.
