The place is located close to the city and the ness island walk. The room was big and clean. The host was very helpful and nice. But there aren't any signs to indicate which rooms are private or any bell or else to give a sign that you needed help. Furthermore remember to say if you need your breakfast at... More

Margaret and Angus were very friendly and helpful hosts at this excellent B&B. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed, and breakfast was top-notch. We were cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats and were able to store our bikes securely. The town centre is only a few minutes walk away. Thoroughly recommended!

This was our last stop after our cycling trip to the Outer Hebrides for 5 days. We got the ferry from Oban to Barra and started cycling throughout the Hebrides finishing at Stornoway. The took the ferry from Stornaway across to Ullapool and the final leg was cycling from Ullapool to Inverness. We arrived at Glendoune rather tired and we stayed... More

I stayed at Glendoune B&B in Inverness with my mum and we really enjoyed the night there. Margaret was very nice and friendly and she gave us some good tips what we can see around and where is good place for have a dinner. I wanted to book another nights there (in June´14) but they were fully booked, unfortunately. But... More

My husband and I have recently come back from our trip to Inverness, where we stayed at the Glendoune B&B. We were very happy with our decision to stay at Glendoune - it is a charming and well managed B&B with cosy, well equipped rooms. It's hardly a 10 min walk from the city center and the train station, making... More

We had a lovely stay at the Glendoune B & B and from the moment we arrived Margaret made us both feel extremely welcome and at home which was such a comfort after a long week of travel. Both Margaret and Angus are lovely people and Margaret is very knowledgeable about the area giving us ideas as to where to... More

Margaret and Angus have a very comfy home. My adult daughter and I stayed for two nights last June 2013, and we found it to be centrally located to downtown, Margaret was very helpful in giving us ideas of where to go and breakfast was an experience (my daughter tried Black Pudding....interesting) lol....do stay if you go to Inverness....

Margaret and Angus made my wife and I very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed enjoyed our time in Inverness. The Glendoune B&B is very well located, in a quiet street, and it is under a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city. Our room was very comfortable with plenty of space for our luggage and even a spare... More

We have stayed with Margaret and Angus the last 2 years (2012/2013) and very much look forward to this year. We travel on our motorcycles, and Angus always makes sure there is room in their cosy garage for our precious ones. We have stayed in all of the rooms, and they are clean, comfortable, and well equipped. (TV, tea &... More

My husband and I stayed at Glendoune B & B for 2 nights in October and were made to feel extremely welcome by our friendly hosts, Angus and Margaret. We thought it was overall our most enjoyable B & B experience of all those we had stayed in after 4 weeks of touring through England, Wales and Scotland. Loved the... More
