We really enjoyed out stay but it wasn't nearly long enough. Glendoune B&B is a great place to stay in Inverness and great value for money. Nice large room (triple), really really good breakfast, great location about 10 minutes walk from city centre and castle. Margaret was very friendly and helpful and great to speak to. I can highly recommend... More

Just stayed here for one night and had such a nice time here. Had a lovely welcome from Margaret, including a free drinks voucher for Mustard Seed (worth booking for dinner before you head to Inverness), and a lovely clean and spacious room. Excellent breakfast the following day and Margaret and Angus went out of their way to help us!

Staying here for one night was a great way to start our Scottish holiday, we only wish we could have stayed longer. Margaret does not hesitate to show her wealth of local knowledge (wildlife, scenery and attractions) and we enjoyed a wonderfully cooked full Scottish breakfast sourced from high-quality suppliers. The house is located minutes from Inverness central, but is... More

Many thanks to Margret and Angus for a fantastic stay. Very good location for exploring the city and wandering north to the Black Isles. Clean and well appointed room with a great selection for your breakfast. We appreciated the insight on local attractions and restaurants. Would definitely return.

The Glendoune is located in a quiet street within walking distance of the city centre and is very handy for lots of restaurants, pubs and the Eden Court Theatre. We stayed with Margaret and Angus for an overnight in September. We booked this in June with just a telephone call, no need for bank card number or deposit - hassle... More

Margaret made us feel very welcome, the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with a great choice although I would say that perhaps the narrow breakfast window (8am to 8.45am) might cause a problem for some people.

In the first week of September 2014 we stayed for 4 nights with Margaret and Angus in their lovely B & B. We had a very nice, spacious and clean room and the breakfast was very delicious. The B & B was located in a quiet neighborhood near the city center. Margaret and Angus gave us very usefull information about... More

I stayed here for three nights and it could not have been better. A large quiet room, and Mrs Noble was at the door to welcome me. Mr Noble provides excellent breakfasts, very good coffee, and the black pudding and hash browns are just right. Mrs Noble is a fund of useful information, and knows the area very well. The... More

Clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious room with nice view, great breakfasts. Located around the corner and on a much quieter street than the majority of the guest houses! About a 10 (or less) min. walk to downtown & train station and the lovely walk along River Ness. Short walk to Caledonian Canal. Margaret is a wonderful hostess (Angus is usually in... More
