Lovely stay -- great email response b4 the trip for getting all guidelines -- adjacent car park ---mindblowing location --- we had problems with kitchen systems + toilet flush --was attended to within 30 minutes -- lovely cottage and with the beautiful boats passing by in the loch in front which could be viewed from your lounge seemed out of... more

I was a little worried about my stay after reading such bad reviews but I can not praise the park and staff enough as my stay was absolutely excellent. I was staying in a Glengarry Lodge with my elderly grandmother and could not fault my accommodation at all. The lodge was clean, warm, smelt fantastic, had all the facilities you... more

Having just returned from a week in Lodge 2, I am delighted to say that 2 moms and 5 young kids had a super holiday at the Grat Glen Water Park. I was extremely worried having booked before reading reviews on this Web site and therefore I am happy to add pleasant comments. Lodge 2 was clean and bright, fully... more

Clean, airy 'lochside' lodge just 20 metres from Loch Oich, small but excellent restaurant by Christine, well-stocked bar and tiny but clean pool. Water and adventure sports, franchised on-site - we water-skied, quad-biked (offsite 40 miles), river-rafted and white water rafted (nearby by mini-bus/landrover); pleased all except white-water - moy thrilling enough for teenagers. Good location for Loch Ness (<10... more

After reading many negative comments on this place, we visited with a lot of trepidation. On arrival the staff were both friendly and informative. We were concerned at the reported expensive electricity charges and were told that it was the heating that ran up the bills and at worst it might cost up to £50 for a week. We were... more

After reading some rather bad comments about this park we called Hoseasons to raise our concerns. We were informed that the lodge we had particualrly got booked had recently been refurbished. The staff at Great Glen went to every efforts to clean the lodge thoroughly, but to what extent it had been refurbed was a matter of opinion; the bathroom... more

Loch Oich Lodge Number 42 We had this lodge booked through RCI (timeshare) the lodge was still in the same decor as it was when constructed in the eighties. Some of the wall paper was peeling in the lounge and in the bedrooms. The overall experience was good staff were helpful, leisure facilities were not as described, pool was no... more

Arrived quite late in the afternoon in fear and trepidation after reading past reviews. We were told that there were some problems regarding our lodge and because of this we had been upgraded. We were put into one of the 'Timeshare' lodges that are on the main site. It was very clean (apart from the carpet which was quite grubby)... more

My husband, myself and two kids have just arrived home from The Great Glen Water Park. It is the worst holiday accomodation and site we have ever stayed on. Everything is damp and smelly. The tap water was a browny colour, our patio doors were jammed shut, the toilet constantly leaked water, there was damp and mould on the walls.... more

We recently stayed at Gret Glen Water Park, which we booked via Hoeseasons. Just before our holiday I read reviews on Tripadvisor and started panicking that we would arrive at the lodges and they would be filthy and have torn furniture. I immediately called Hoeseasons and explained that I wasn't prepared to arrive and be disappointed. We were a part... more
