We weren't expecting too much out of this B&B as it was the cheapest by far of all of our accommodation around Scotland, but we were very pleasantly surprised! We think heavy competition in the area keeps the prices down. Mary Anne and Bob were extremely friendly and welcoming, and Mary Anne made a special effort to ensure that we... More

Bob and Mary Ann were excellent hosts during our stay in Inverness. They made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was first rate with a wide variety of food from which to choose! Bob gave us a lift in town on two occasions - as it was raining this was great! Both recommended things to do and restaurants to visit. I... More

We had lost our luggage during our flight which is quite discouraging. Once we arrived at St. Ann's House we felt so welcome that we felt we were home. We were provided with some necessary life-savers, like toothpaste, brushes and a charger for our phone and iPod. Our hosts even heated for us the meal we had bought from the... More

I can absolutely recommened this B&B. We felt so welcome and had a great experience. Just a short walking distance to the city centre. Great idea with food/snack table in the dining/breakfast room, just in case a late night snack is needed ;-)

Wonderful welcome and stay with a breakfast that sets you up for the day. Mary Ann and Bob are the most welcoming hosts with superb local knowledge. All the little extras made available to guests make all the difference. Definitely five stars.

Thank you for your kind comments. As you say St Ann's is ideally placed for arriving by car and then exploring the city on foot. Booking for restaurants in Inverness is recommended and I am happy to do that for any guests. Thank you for staying. More

We arrived late at 10 pm due to problems with the ferry, but were very well received, and it was a pleasure staying at St Ann\'s House. Excellent location, beautiful room, clean and well equipped, excellent breakfast with lots of options including different kinds of bread and cheeses served in a lovely, light breakfast room overlooking a wonderful garden. Very... More

Thank you so much. We had a nice stay. The breakfast was fantastic. We became good tips for our excursion. There is a great place to watch dolphins, in a great good driving-distance to the accommodation.

At St Ann's, you really understand why a guest house can offer more than a hotel. Very warm welcome by the owners, excellent accommodation, comfortable and spacious rooms, top level amenities, free wifi and, above all, the smile and personalised service from Bob and Mary Ann. The garden is as lovely as on the pictures, and breakfast is just fabulous,... More

A superb place to stop. I would recommend this to anyone. We stopped 2 nights from 17th to 19th July and it was a very enjoyable time. The hosts Bob and Mary-Ann were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was absolutely excellent with a great choice. Bedroom was spotless, Could not have asked for a better accomodation. Brilliant!
