The rooms are very pleasant. The staff first class. The food is good. The downside is the poorly stocked bar - there are no Scottish beers on draught neither is there any Scottish bottled beer in spite of the excellent Black Isle brewery being around 30 miles away. Pleasant accommodation in a traditional style, but its real strength is its people. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They cooked us breakfast out of hours when we arrived.
