Great location, lovely, lghtand quiet rooms, plenty of lounge space but that's not all. The friendly service oriented, and well organised process, works like a charm. Excellent food and willingness to cater for dietary requirements was terrific. Hard to think of anything to improve which is a great sign. We loved it and will recommend it to others (which is... Lovely B&B, lovely owners, ( who were very helpful to guide us to restaurants and shops), in a walking distance to downtown, despite the hill we had to climb to walk back to the Guest House. But of course one can use car or taxi to return....

This is a perfect B&B. It was apparent from the moment we arrived that Susan and John have thought very carefully about what contributes to a great stay. They made us welcome with cups of tea and freshly baked cake - wonderful! Throughout our stay they were warm, hospitable and good humoured - they are interesting people as well as... More

We had a wonderful time during our week in Inverness in large part due to our stay at Inverglen Guest House. It was easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also, we had a reasonably short drive to some magnificent golf courses. It also provided a good base location for site seeing drives. The friendliness and advice/assistance on our activities... More

Exceptional in every respect. Every minor detail taken care of and probably many we didn't even notice. Super breakfast, no lunch required. Dietry requirement looked after. Perfect bedroom, spotless and well appointed. WiFi flawless. Good location just a five minute stroll into the city centre. Knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly hosts. If they had a cat for us to pat... More

Hi Guys Thanks so much for writing such a lovely review for us, and we're so happy that you enjoyed your stay with us so much! Hope you enjoyed the last gluten free biscuit on the way to Oban, and managed to catch your ferry OK? Funnily enough, if you'd asked for a cat to stroke, we could have co-opted... More

We had a 2 night stay here and everything was as advertised and we were made extremely welcome. Nice chatting to the hosts and getting advice and directions. Nice handy location near the city centre but in an elevated, very quiet and peaceful area. Nice breakfast and very enjoyable watching the native birds eating from the food supplied by the... More

Very impressed by owners' attention to detail and quality. Room was top notch as was breakfast. Proximity to city centre (five minutes stroll) also beneficial. Parking at rear another bonus. Made very welcome. Would definitely use again. Alex and Moira

Let me start out by saying John and Susan were THE BEST host and hostess. If all our guest house experiences could have been this pleasant we would have been thrilled! They made us feel so at home for the two nights we spent with them. They offer tea each afternoon though we didn’t partake, Susan posted the “special” for... More
