We had a 2 night stay here and everything was as advertised and we were made extremely welcome. Nice chatting to the hosts and getting advice and directions. Nice handy location near the city centre but in an elevated, very quiet and peaceful area. Nice breakfast and very enjoyable watching the native birds eating from the food supplied by the... More

Very impressed by owners' attention to detail and quality. Room was top notch as was breakfast. Proximity to city centre (five minutes stroll) also beneficial. Parking at rear another bonus. Made very welcome. Would definitely use again. Alex and Moira

Let me start out by saying John and Susan were THE BEST host and hostess. If all our guest house experiences could have been this pleasant we would have been thrilled! They made us feel so at home for the two nights we spent with them. They offer tea each afternoon though we didn’t partake, Susan posted the “special” for... More

John and Susan really took care of us from John giving great directions to various points to Susan's delicious breakfasts. The location can't be beat. On a quiet street that's a 5 minute walk to the center of town or a short drive to the main drag out of town. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Our 3 day... More
