Centrally Located in Inverness, this Bed and Breakfast made of stone, is bigger on the inside. Just outside the Inn is a flight of stairs that lead us to a beautiful and lively part of the city, where we found our way to the River Ness. The quaint single room that I stayed in was perfect for this lady. It... More

I stayed 5 nights in June and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated and very well located (a few minute walk from the city centre, train and bus stations), the room very lovely, cosy, warm and clean with everything you need and more (desk, armchair, TV, kettle, choice of teas with delicious biscuits), and a lovely... Stayed in a triple king room with two other friends. Cozy room with a small bathroom (smaller than what you would find in a hotel, but enough room overall). The location is superb -- less than 5 minute walk to get to the castle & River Ness, still a short walk to many excellent restaurants & pubs. As hosts, John... More

My husband and I stayed 2 nights here. Our room, on the top floor facing the street was spacious, although the bathroom was very tiny. The bed very comfortable, and we slept well. A lovely sitting room, with magazines, books and TV, to be shared with guests is on the 2nd floor. A large selection of breakfast items, both continental... More

We stayed here on June 6th & 7th and this was the best guest house I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at many. John and Elizabeth are the most charming hosts and you feel more like friends than guests. We had a charming, spotlessly clean room with tea making facilities and toiletries. The bed and the pillows... More

I stayed there for 3 nights in May. John and Elizabeth were warm, friendly and always helpful. I stayed in the single room with the private but separate bath. They provided everything I could need and my time there was the highlight of my trip to the UK. Breakfast was delicious including the haggis! I would definitely stay there again.... More

This is a guesthouse I have greatly enjoyed. The location is perfect, not only for walks into the city (approximately 2 minutes), but also for longer trips into the southern and northern highlands. The hotel is furbished quite stylish and uniformly. To top it of, the owners are very hospitable, always ready to help you without being intrusive at all.... More

Ardconnel House is a great B&B in a very central location. My room was charming, clean, and comfortable. The wifi signal is nice and strong. Breakfast can't be missed - they provide a great selection of cereals, pastries, fruit salad, yogurts, hot meals, juices, teas, and coffee. You will leave very full. I highly recommend the porridge :) However, the... More

Very lovely house in a perfect location (easy walk to High Street, Inverness Castle and River Ness walkway). The house décor is quaint and beautiful, the owners are super friendly and helpful. Our room was large, very comfortable, well appointed. Perfectly working plumbing. Comfortable and spacious guest lounge on the 2nd floor. Fast WiFi in the rooms. Street parking available... More
