I stay regfularly at Leanach Farm when in the area. Roseanne and Iain are great hosts. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is delicious served in a beautiful conservatory. There is also a comfortable guest lounge with a larger television if you wish to relax. The room I had on this visit had been completely restyled with beautiful fabrics. The... More

This B&B is in a stunning location outside Inverness. We were there for one night only and should have made it a longer stay. It was the middle of lambing season so that was a bonus. Very friendly and welcoming, just what we'd hoped for. Very comfortable, clean and tidy. A great alternative to staying in the centre of town... More

Nice little find of a B&B. This is a relatively modern farm house which is set out in the country in a lovely quiet location. Room was very clean, breakfast room (conservatory) has a lovely outlook and the breakfast was to notch. Very pleasant and helpful host. As Arnie says - I'll be back!!. Good luck with the trek Roseanne!

Lovely accommodation on a working farm, we really appreciated being able to stay in the countryside. WiFi worked fine. Lounge area was very comfortable and a great place to chat with other guests or watch a bit of TV. If you happen to be out late on a clear night be sure to enjoy the stars, so clear and intense... When planning our weeks visit to Scotland we looked for somewhere near Inverness to start and finish our holiday. We travelled by train and hired a car from Arnold Clark (who transferred us from the station to their depot) so didnt need to stay in the city centre. Found Leanach Farm and booked in. We had Room 1, which overlooks... More

My husband and I just loved Leanach Farm! We stayed for 4 nights in August. The view in the morning from the breakfast room was amazing. Two thumbs up for the food, it was delicious. Leanach's location is perfect. A 10 minute drive or less in any direction will get you to most of the sites you need to see... More

In these days of high competition in the B and B scene , whilst this stop is just in the right spot for a Visit to Calloden, battlefield, it does alas lack that extra spark which might set it apart . We were warmly welcomed but the personal touch was a tad lacking thereafter . The rooms and en suite... More

This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The value is excellent, the owners are incredibly welcoming, and the area is lovely. Located just outside of town, the location is a perfect mix of rural with urban access, with an almost straight shot to the airport, although you'd never know it. Despite being a small bed and breakfast,... More

Lovely family friendly run Bed and Breakfast, stunning views from your room and breakfast conservator, only 5 minutes from Culloden battle field museum and 10-15 drive to Inverness, lots of little things that make your stay welcoming, silly things, like, bottled water, first aid kit, toiletries & hair drier, will use again when in this area

My cousin & I had spent several beautiful days on the Isle of Iona before taking 2 ferries, 3 buses, & a taxi to reach this B&B on July 21. The taxi from the train station in Inverness cost around 11 GBP and took about 10 min. to reach the B&B. Check in is between 4-6 & as we arrived... More

Sorry about no WIfi for 2 days. There was a fault in the BT line so no landline or broadband. This was bejond our control. On the 2nd day my mobile was not working either. Although I had no phone we did manage to phone taxis for you.. The reason I asked if the guests had a mobile was because I... More
