Dirty shower cubicle. Filthy stained seat covers, well worn fancy cushions on bed, no matress protector sheet dicetly on matress, no tea bags, supposedly hot breakfast was cold and inedible, cheapest nastiest fruit juice. My husband and I stayed here for one night. Our bedroom was extremely comfortable. The food in the restaurant was of a very high standard. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a large function taking place when we were there but it didn't affect the service provided. This is another great Macdonald hotel. more
