Dirty shower cubicle. Filthy stained seat covers, well worn fancy cushions on bed, no matress protector sheet dicetly on matress, no tea bags, supposedly hot breakfast was cold and inedible, cheapest nastiest fruit juice. We stayed here for one night whilst on business, we got a very good rate by quoting the laterooms website price. Bedroom was a good size with large bathroom both being recently refurbished. Dinner was expensive but very good, staff were all very pleasant and efficient, the Canadian receptionist was very welcoming. We will definitely return here as it is... more

I have just had a marvellous Business stay at the Drumossie.All of the staff without exception were welcoming,friendly and helpful.The hotel itself is stylish smart and clean. My partner and I stayed at the Drumossie Hotel, Inverness for 1 night including dinner, bed & breakfast for a one off special stay whilst we were up in Inverness wedding planning. We were immediately greeted with excellent service from the receptionist and porter who went out to our car in the rain and carried our bags to our room.... more

Staff were superb, and allowed us room service for dinner on our DBB rate - as we had our baby with us it was difficult to eat together in the restaurant. comfortable rooms and excellent food. more

As someone who has stayed in many hotels due to the nature of my job,I rate this one as the best four star hotel I have ever stayed in.From the warm welcome,immaculate rooms,courteous staff and exquisite dining, made my stay memorable.
