Like others here have written, I was on an organized tour of the Highlands and was offered overnight accommodations here as a part of that package. The B&B was clean, room was small double with en suite bathroom. . . the bathroom was tiny and the shower stall was even smaller. Was greeted at the door by Maggie - never... More

White Lodge Guest House was wonderful! Maggie took such good care of us. The room was marvelous and very clean. Breakfast was a great buffet with a variety of cereals and yogurt, or a cooked breakfast with many choices. If I travel to Inverness again I will certainly stay there. We had an elder with us and Maggie was so... More

When we signed up for a 5-day bus tour of northern Scotland, the overnight accommodations offered were hotels or B&Bs. As senior travelers, we at first opted for hotels, thinking it would be better for us and our fellow guests if we did not have to share a bathroom with others. The tour operator wrote us back that we would... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here as part of a two day Highlands tour with Timberbush Tour Company. We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly and helpful. She gave us the Honeymoon Suite for the same tour rate, and it was the nicest and largest room we stayed in during our entire UK tour. The walk to... More

Let me first say, I haven't stayed in a B&B for awhile as I prefer staying in hotels. We stayed there as part of a tour to the Highlands. It was nice and quaint. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was really small. In addition, they asked that we remember to turn off the light/fan in the... More

I stayed here recently with my Mum as we were visiting family. Margaret and Jackie were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. Our room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a feast and it was like sitting at hone chatting with family. Very close to everything and I would recommend a stay here

Stayed here with my daughter last weekend (19th Sep - 21st Sep). The hosts, Jackie & Margaret, are superb - always have time to chat and are very helpful. The facilities were excellent and it is close to the town and all amenities. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend The White Lodge to anyone.

A mid-size B&B with 7 rooms, and it´s in a quiet part of the town. The hosts Margaret and Jackie are wonderful people that will greet you like old friends or family. They alway have time for a chat, and tell you whats happening in the town. There is Wifi in all the rooms, as far as I tested. The... More

Stayed here for one night at the end of July as part of our tour of Scotland. The location is superb and, although we arrived at noon and the owner told us that check-in was not until 2:30pm, he kindly allowed us to leave our car on the car park whilst we explored Inverness. It is a ten minute walk... More

The owner is very friendly, and breakfast was good. Our room was definately a bit small and it seemed she was not expecting us to have a lot of luggage. Beds were comfortable but our biggest issue was the showers (as they would get really hot or cold and would not turn off properly), the hand soap was very watered... More
