Me and my boyfriend were in Scotland backpacking, a cheap price and a good breakfast was our only demands for our stay. At the Rose Lodge we recieved a lot of good information, a nice and clean room, a good breakfast and a nice bed to sleep in. The rooms are a bit small, other than that there is nothing... More

You won't find better value than this in Inverness. Mr Stevenson is a really nice man who yes, loves to talk, but he has a lot of interesting tales. The B&B is very close to the City Centre. It has a double, twin and single room which I stayed in. It was en suite and although quite small, it was... More

Just wanted to say what a really enjoyable stay I had while staying at Rose lodge guest house Inverness. The owner MR STEVENSON is a really amicable and friendly person with a wealth of local knowledge and interesting ancedotes. The whole guest house is immaculate and the breakfasts were of an excellent standard and did indeed fill me up right... More

Although Tripadvisor is a great tool for reviewing places, it can also be a tantamount to bullying. I think that everyone is entitled to their opinion but there are some horrendous reviews for the Rose Lodge Guest house that I 100% disagree with. I have come back to Inverness to work for 6 months and the timing of my arrival... More

So this B&B has really attractive prices and location you can't beat! But the rooms though clean are worn-out and so tiny that we didn't have place to put 2 carry-on suitcases and used the other bed for them. The breakfast was ok but we didn't have a choice of bread for toast and the worst personally for me -... More

Here is a fair and honest review of Rose lodge guest house. I stayed here for a few days whilist exploring Inverness. The guest house is excellent value for money at just £25 a night it really is ideal for those on a budget. The guest house in a central location being an easy walk to and from the city... More

Rose lodge is a comfortable, clean and cosy little bed and breakfast in the centre of Inverness. The room, dining room and whole house is spotlessly clean throughout and the breakfasts are very tasty and fill you up for the day. The host Brendan can't do enough to help his guests, he is a wealth of information and is a very kind... More

£25 for a single room, very clean. Good breakfast. Owner is a gentleman and a real character. Most B & Bs in the area seemed to be charging £40 a night for a single traveller, so for those on a budget, i recommend.

Stayed one night at this B&B in a central location in Inverness. For the most part, was quite pleased with the stay. The home was fairly small, but the room and attached bathroom sufficient for one night. The breakfast was further okay, though certainly not the best I've ever had. The proprietor was very friendly and talkative, and I could... More
