My wife and I arrived into Inverness quite late around 10-30pm, we were both anxious about finding a place to eat and get a beer after a long drive. So checked in and explained our situaition and the receptionist/manager, which he had antispated our arrival and inormed us that the chef is away but look at the menu and can... more

We were booked into the Royal Highland but sent here as they had had a leak. The hotel was clean, breakfast was very good, staff were very pleasant and helpful. But. the rooms especially the bar, are very dark .This probably explains why it is not used. more

This is like an old fashioned guest house but with a small bar and evening meal. While the staff were helpful, and the food was excellent and the standard of cleanliness was also, after 10pm its like sitting in a morgue! There was no-one to be seen, either guests or staff!. Our first night, (Mon) the bar closed at 10.20pm.... more

My partner and I stayed one night because I was attending a meeting in Inverness. First, my positive comments - beautiful location, hotel looked lovely as we were driven up the drive by our taxi. We were very happy with the size of our room which actually had a separate sitting area. The bedroom itself was quite large and had... more

Good location, 15 minute stroll in to town. Accommodation was just ok, clean but basic, a bit overpriced for what you're getting more

We, along with our cousin from America, stayed at the Maple Court for a couple of nights. The hotel itself is in an excellent location looking out onto the River Ness and only 5 minutes walk from the town centre. There is ample free car parking at the hotel. We ate in the hotel on our first night and the... more

We stayed at the Maple Court for two nights at the end of September. The room is large, and very clean. The furnishings are a bit cheap, and the bed is just okay. Sheets and towels were clean and average. The bathroom was very nice. The location was fantastic - a very nice 5-10 minute walk from "downtown" Inverness, along... more

We thank you for your comments, however we have no record of your complaint or your stay at the Maple Court We strive to provide the best of service and without guests telling us that they are unhappy this is an impossible Job. With regards to beds they were replaced 2 seasons ago and they all have an orthapedic matress?...

Myself and 2 cousins stayed at this hotel from Aug 13-17th and enjoyed every minute of our stay. I did check out tripadvisor before I booked but since most of the reviews were favourable, we figured we would give it a try. Yes, I can see where some people would think that its decore is kind of old fashioned but... more
