Myself and a colleague stayed in the apartment for a week on business. Situated just east of the city centre, it is an ideal place to explore the city, with public transport on your doorstep. Ground floor accommodation with 2 large bedrooms, excellent kitchen and lounge and ideal for families or like ourselves, business stays. Very close to local amenities... More

Had difficulty booking a hotel room in Inverness as it's summer and lots of tourists are visiting. This isn't the type of hotel we would usually stay in but we didn't have much choice. Easy to find from the town centre with off-street parking. Checking in was fairly straightforward although the member of staff doing it could crack a smile... More

Now I've stayed in everything from 1 to 5+ star but maybe I've just outgrown this type of hotel. Certainly it still did provide a few firsts which undoubtedly will make me laugh. One day. To help I was in room 3 - a single room with a double bed. Where do I begin about the room? I had asked,... More

It actually would have helped had I been one. I never ever have seen something as uncomfortable as this bed in a hotel room. Partly unfriendly personal. We wanted to watch a football match in the bar which was possible but only with muzak howling over the game all the time. On my question whether this can be shut off,... More

Took our son out tonight for high tea as a treat for gaining an award at school (he loves cake!), how disappointing :( Any time we've had high tea at other restaurants we've had toast to start, not tonight. The main was fine, both my son and I had scampi and my husband had chicken fillets which were huge and... More

Wanted somewhere to go for lunch with an outside area as it was a lovely day so went to the Redcliffe as they have a great outside terrace complete with new pizza oven. Oh and overflowing ashtrays which were still there when we left. As it's only 2 minutes walk from town centre, you'd think it would be busy but... More

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We booked two rooms for us and our young adult children. One room was very small with two twin beds. The heater didn't work and the shower didn't drain. The other room was a little larger with a queen bed but had a very musty, oily-type smell to it. It had dated furniture... More

The room is very small. The heater doesn't work very well. There was barely any hot water and the shower did not drain very well. Our room was basement level and the single window looked out to the back stairwell. I felt a little unsafe. The linoleum flooring was bubbling in the bathroom, which is something that should be fixed... More

I have stayed at this Hotel many times in the past but have not been there for over two years. I phoned and booked a single room, and on my arrival I found the staff very helpful, nice hotel with parking off road. The room was small but adequate and very clean, the restaurant was not available until 7.00 pm... More

Nice little hotel. Rooms good , friendly staff and convenient location. Only had a single room but was more than adequate. Room price was very reasonable paying £37.50 for a single room including breakfast I would happily stay again if back in the area
