Just back from a 2 day break at Columba, Room 302. Room huge, ensuite big too, definitely refurbished this hotel, more modern taste now. This room over looked the castle & river ness, couldn't have asked for a better view. Staff friendly. Restaurnat good, couldn't fault breakfast - so many choices. Just came back from a very enjoyable stay at the Columba, which is on the banks of the River Ness right in the centre of the city. This hotel does not have its own car park. You either have to be lucky enough to get one of the pay and display places on the street or use the public car park a street or two away. In addition to this, at the time we were there, the public car park tickets expired at 8am the next morning... more
