I was travelling as part of a group of Single people aged 60-75. I had previously asked for a room with easy access as I have a slight walking difficulty, particularly stairs. The only redeeming feature of this hotel was the location. It is right across from the castle, and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Our main issue is the false advertising. Found reception stuff were not very polite or friendly and to be honest didn't seem particularly interested. Rooms were shabby and far too hot. The only plus points were location and breakfast. more
