Couldn't use restaurant because they were hosting Americans that they could easily rip off! So even though I had booked over a week earlier upon arrival I was told I couldn't use it. Shower was a joke and I was made to walk into the public bar to buy two small bottles of water and charged £4 for the privilege!!... More

Stayed here for 1 night in April. It's a decent enough hotel, handy for the city centre. Breakfast was good quality. The staff all helpful and friendly. I stayed for two nights as I was away from home for work. When I arrived I found the reception staff to be very helpful and friendly. Stayed for the second time and just as good. Managed to get a great last minute deal. Hotel is having a big refurbishment so will definately be back later in year to see the new bathrooms. More
