Lovely home and two very welcoming little dogs made us feel welcome and happy. Places of interest were pointed out and nearby restaurants recommended. Could not have asked for a better B&B. I was catered for my gluten allergy and could not have asked for more.

We booked last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, my friend & I with both our dogs, bull breeds but behaved. It was no problem, they just fitted us in which was most appreciated. We we're left to our own devices which was nice partly due to the son having another job, but still explained everything & even gave us a... More

My wife and I stayed at the Iona House last weekend and had a lovely comfortable stay over 2 nights. The greeting was warm and friendly by the owners son. And the breakfast was lovely we understand cooked by his girlfriend. We also met Benny the dog a really cute creature and very friendly which made our stay feel homely.... More

Stayed for one night on business. Two minutes from town center and the room was excellent value for money. Wendy could not do enough for me as I arrived late at night I highly recommend this lovely B & B and will certainly go back there when I'm b=next in the area.

Two of us stayed one night in september as we running 10k next day. We didnt book breakfast but the b and b is only a short walk from the centre. We also got a parking space out the back which was very handy! Wendy the owner was nice and friendly and her little dog was lovely too! Room had... More

We stayed for 2 nights. Location is fantastic - just a short walk to main centre and driving distance to Loch Ness. Room was pleasant. Breakfast was ok though not exceptional - no cooked breakfast, just cereals, fruits, yoghurts and bread. We were up slightly early on the day we left and were unable to get breakfast even though it... More

We stayed at Iona Bed and Breakfast in January, and it was wonderful. Wendy is an absolute delight and a great cook! We had the downstairs room and it was clean and comfortable and there was a BATH which basically made my whole trip. It's close to the city center and everything is in walking distance, and it is such... More

We spent one night here, Wendy was very friendly and helpful. We had a downstairs room at the back, it was quiet and comfortable. There are some restaurants very close to the B&B, we had an excellent meal at a reasonable price.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast set very close to the centre of Inverness and the Eden Court, it has some parking at the back but I was glad I chose to take the small car, but off street parking was very valuable. Room was very clean and well done, all en-suite so you could close the door and just curl up.... More

Absolutely charming B&B; one of our favorite stays while touring Scotland. The room was cozy and clean, the breakfast was excellently prepared, and the location was superb. We absolutely loved our interactions with the stuff and the new pup Benny Boy and hope to visit again soon!
