We stayed here for 2 nights in a family room, and had a lovely time. Our room was on the first floor and we had a river view. It was a bit noisy outside (probably because we had the window open, it was really hot - the double glazing did keep the noise out when the window was closed). The... More

My husband and I were yet again very pleased with the comfortable beds, quiet room and the standard of cleanliness in the Premier Inn Inverness. If you are looking for a reasonably priced and comfortable hotel in a city centre location you can't go wrong by choosing Premier Inns.

Excellent location on the River Ness. Very quiet in the rooms. No wash cloths and the duvet was very heavy but those are my only complaints. Very comfortable, quiet, clean rooms. Breakfast was a decent spread. There is also a Tesco around back which has yummy donuts and muffins at a much cheaper price, if you want some light.

As you would expect and hope for with the Premier Inn format, the service was excellent, we had a twin room which i had asked for so it was a sofa bed and a double. It was comfortable but not as nice as previous hotels in their company. The mattress was a little hard but that was me being picky... More

After a long drive, we arrived here mid-afternoon, had to wait for someone to turn up to check us in but the process was quick. We managed to get a park in the hotel car park which is a blessing and a pain in the proverbial because it's quite cramped and difficult to maneuver the car around. I don't think... More

After staying in old B&Bs and old Inns we were looking forward to stay in a modern hotel. We were pleased with Premier Inn. The check in process took longer than I expected. Only one gentleman checking numerous people in. And though we knew parking would be an issue, we did not realize how difficult it would be to find... More

Great hotel. Wonderful position on River Ness. Good for the town centre. Good clean rooms and excellent check in (thanks Charlotte). Great place to base yourself for visiting the area (Loch Ness, Culloden, Fort George etc.).

Booked several months in advance so paid up front for room and continental breakfast. Room on 4th floor with sideways view of river, clean, large room with comfortable bed. Arrived in bad temper as got lost on first visit to Inverness with map supplied by hotel, and they kindly deducted parking fee of £10, as I'd wasted time going round... More

We had just returned from The Isle of Skye and were very tired. It was delightful to be met by a very pleasant and accommodating staff. Our room was a nice size and very clean. As a rule food in hotel restaurants can be disappointing but we had a delicious dinner. They were short staffed and we did have to... More
