We stayed here for three nights, a fantastic weekend away. This guesthouse is beautifully decorated. Our room the thistle is very lush. The extra touches of the sherry, coffee machine, magazines and all of the luxurious toiletries just add to your lovely stay. I also found the information book in our room very helpful in recommending restaurants & places of... More

My first choice whenever I'm in Inverness or travelling through. I have stayed five times over the last few years and have never been disapointed. 5 star rating down to the last detail, everything is pristine and in order. It is beyond what one would expect in terms of service and comfort. The breakfast is fresh and made to order.... More

Lovely welcome by Lorraine, the owner and fabulous house, mixing old and new with antique furniture and modern creations. Rooms offer everything you need even down to nespresso coffee machines and beds so comfortable you could easily sleep in and miss the wonderful breakfast provided! which would be a shame as you are so full after you really don't need... Lorraine was a great hostess! She let me move into a second room so that my mom and I could have our own beds, and she did this free of charge. We happened to be the only ones staying that week. Each room is beautiful and spacious and I was impressed with the array of toiletries she provides - local... More

We stayed here for one night and absolutely loved it. We arrived much later than we expected but had telephoned ahead to advise. Our room (Thistle) was luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfy and the amazing bathtub was a welcome sight and the scent of the toiletries helped me to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Lorraine decorative flare shines... More

Elegant, comfortable, immaculate, and well decorated guest house. Bob helped with the bags. Room had an espresso machine, sherry, and great bathroom. Very nice breakfast. Furnishings were unique and complimented the house in a very tasteful manner. Would stay here again. The house is about 1/2 mile to the city center.
