Very good level of hospitality and service , veggie breakfast it's not a problem even vegans will be happy . Decent size beds and bath , nice garden and car park . Rooms are nicely done and decorated , without sky sport channel but that's not the most important thing :-) Wi Fi is provided free of charge .

Without any hesitation, without any doubt I deem Ivybank Guesthouse to be one of the most charming, one of the most ravishing properties I have ever stayed at throughout my whole experience as a traveler so far. I was attired in a thorough contentment by staying for five nights last January at this guest-house based in Inverness, run by lovely... More

In august 2011 I spent a couple of days at the Ivybank guesthouse. And I was completely charmed by the beauty of it and the warmth radiating from the interior and the cosiness displayed by the facade. The guesthouse emanates a feeling of "being at home" that goes beyond anything I have ever experienced in a hotel. As a visitor... More

The hosts were wonderful and friendly and you can come and go as you please (you get access to the locked front door). My favourite detail was the... More

A wonderful experience in a super guesthouse. The Ivybank is full of character and you are made very welcome by Fiona who manages the Ivybank. The rooms are very period and have a Scottish and homely feel even down to the notice which truely states that you are "sharing the Cameron home" and that's just how it is.The service was... More

I stayed at Ivybank with a group of friends when we ran the Loch Ness Marathon and found the hotel and Fiona fantastic. The hotel itself was perfect for us, the rooms were clean and well furnished with everything we needed, and a special mention must go to Fiona herself whose customer service was outstanding for three particular reasons (amongst...
