I've stayed here quite a few times now and have always been pleased. Always warm welcome and always happy to help in any way they can. Foods good, rooms are clean, on street parking has never been a problem, close to town centre but far enough away to be quiet. what more could you want!

We have stayed at Craignay for when visiting Inverness for two nights each August for the past three years and wouldn`t hesitate in recommending it to anyone. This is a lovely guest house and Rodney and Gail are very nice. Had a very warm welcome by them. Breakfast was great and tasty with plenty of selection. Room was cozy and comfortable! Good location as well, just a 2 minutes walk to riverside and town.

Free wifi was a nice surprise. Located a a very short walk, minutes from the river on a quiet street. Very nice couple runs it. House is very clean and beds are comfy. Great Scottish breakfast to fortify you for the day.
