We arrived in a snowstorm to a warm welcome and a glass of port. Our host, Carol, is a delight: informed, witty and gracious, and a talented cook. The bedrooms and sitting rooms are lovely and cozy. Best of all: the owners are excellent stewards of their 100 acre property. Red deer roam the property. I could go on with... More

Very warm welcome and Carol is a excellent hostess. The accommodation is certainly worth its 5 Star rating including the small detail in the room and the excellent breakfast. Well worth the very long trip from Somerset! Graham & Helene

Stayed for a couple of nights in the summer of 2013. The accommodation was perfect, very clean, and inviting. I think I had the best night's sleep ever in huge bed. Carol was fab - really friendly, and warm, and really made the visit. Breakfast was lush, and I can't wait to go back 5**********************

Stayed for 5 nights in August 2014 could not have wished for more. Carol the owner was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent fantastic choice and the kippers where much enjoyed every day by my dad. Certainly the 5* well deserved and will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here with my boyfriend in March and had a wonderful time. We were lucky enough to be the only guests staying at the time so had the whole place to ourselves. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Watching the deers cross the garden from the bedroom window was an absolute highlight. Great location, so peaceful. Would definitely return.

My wife & I were extremely satisfied with our 3 day stay at Dinichean House. It was just far enough out of the busy hustle and bustle of Inverness but not to far, very quiet. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and kept clean. The food was very delicious! The grounds were beautiful and we loved that we could take... More

'Cash only' Dinichean House bed and breakfast is located out in secluded countryside yet this property only accepts cash payments. Luckily, I don't work for HM Revenue & Customs otherwise I might not have been so restrained. Wouldn't ever stay here again, never read so much rubbish information about carbon neutrality. Who cares what their family cars are run on... More
