My wife and I stayed here as part of our 20th wedding anniversary vacation through Scotland. We spent 3 nights here in June 2008. The bedroom itself was very nicely decorated, and looked to be recently refurbished. But the bathroom looked like something out of the 1950s/1960s. Booked a standard double room originaly priced at £209 a night but picked up a bargain on laterooms for £50 a night. Hotel was very clean, great location and also very modern. The hotel is ideally situated close to the city centre of Inverness. In less that 5 minutes you can walk over the river to the main shopping centre. Although located very close to the city centre it still has very picturesque surroundings as it is right in front of the river and the castle which is lit up at night.... more
