We stayed at the Ballifeary House in July and it was delightful. Bill and Morag were so kind and helpful. the rooms were clean and well appointed and the breakfasts were delicious! Bill was extremely helpful as a tour guide for resturants and sightseeing! He helped the men locate their golf course and he recommended sightseeing for the women. It... more

We visited Ballifeary House in July, 2006, in a group of eight. The welcome given us by Bill and Morag was delightful. Our rooms were well appointed, quiet, cool. The breakfast we enjoyed especially. Morag is an excellent cook and served us efficiently and pleasantly. While the guys played golf, the women shopped and cruised Loch Ness. Our plans were... more

We came to Ballifeary House on a rainy afternoon in August... after being a bit lost in Inverness..what a great place to come "home" to! The house has nice off street parking, and the proprietors, Bill and Morag, have gone out of their way to make the place comfortable. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the breakfasts were to... more

Our stay at the Ballifeary House Hotel could not have been better. Morag and Bill were so nice to us during our stay, even cleared the ice from our car windows so we could leave to go site seeing. Rooms were great and breakfast was heavenly. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. more

We found the Ballifeary house hotel in our Fodor's guide book and were pleased with the outcome..the owners are kind and helpful. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. Breakfast is great and cooked to order. I would return there in a heartbeat. Quiet neighborhood close to the main part of city and nice people who run it. What more could... more

I've stayed in this high quality guest house [non smoking] twice this year while on business trips. The owners are welcoming and friendly; rooms are very comfortable and newly decorated and the breakfasts are freshly cooked with a good variety offered. It is situated in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of the town centre. I couldn't recommend... more
