We'd like to thank Morag and Bill for a lovely stay. Everything was great, service, breakfast, bed quality fixtures and fittings all excellent. They have a delightful guest lounge and well appointed dining room. The whole place is immaculately decorated and exceptionately clean. Breakfast was very good and cooked to order which isn't easy. There is plenty of onsite parking... More

A group of us booked this b+b for a base for our loch ness marathon adventure. What a lovely, friendly and homely place to stay. Morag is amazing, the breakfast was delish and no waiting time. On the morning of the marathon Morag had lovely porridge for us all, and served it early also, which was a lovely thing to... More

The moment we arrived at this guest house we were made to feel welcome, the room was great real attention to detail, chocolates left for us both days we were there, the breakfast was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, we only got to meet one of the proprietors but she was absolutely lovely, we highly recommend this guest house... We stayed the weekend at Ballifeary during the Loch Ness marathon, the comfort, friendliness and service has been just amazing. Close to inverness this is quite possibly the most comfortable room I've ever stayed in. At 630 race morning breakfast and coffee was ready and waiting for us which really helped reduce the stress of the day. Our room was... More

Loved this place! Made to order gourmet breakfast was a treat. Comfortable room, exceptionally clean & well maintained. On the day of our departure we left early. I was a little bummed to be missing the gourmet breakfast. To our surprise, Morag prepared us a delicious "take away" breakfast AND lunch that we enjoyed along the way!

I booked this after reading all the reviews and we were not disappointed. Truly wonderful couple and the B&B has wonderful decor. The rooms are wonderfully decorated, quality linens , modern bath and coffee service in each room. They serve breakfast in tru Scottish style. Very close to the city center and lots of restaurant choices all within walking distance.... More

Morag and Bill were outstanding hosts...the guest house is wonderful, clean, quiet and they put up with a large group of Highland game athletes and friends for the week we were there. The room was a good size and immaculate, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was great. The porridge and salmon and coffee and tea and everything else we... More

Morag and Bill are fabulous hosts! The guest house is located on a very quiet residential street that runs parallel to the River Ness, near the Eden Court Theatre. It was a short walk to downtown and Bught Park. The breakfast is cooked to order, featuring free range eggs and sausage form the local butcher, really good porridge, french press coffee...served... A group of 8 of us stayed here for two nights at the end of July during our vacation in Scotland. I had read all the Trip Advisor reviews prior to booking, and I can second all the wonderful comments made by other travelers about Ballifeary House. This place, located on a quiet street with pretty flowers everywhere, and just... More

First class B&B, great location. Room was large, immaculately clean and everything good quality. Delicious breakfast cooked to order. Could not fault anything, it is a credit to the owners. Unfortunately we had to check out earlier than planned but will certainly be back.
