Having just stayed in a Stornaway B+B and experienced 3 uncomfortable nights there I was mightily relieved to find this gem of a B+B in Inverness. Pam, the new owner for the last 7 weeks, is also new to the B+B lifestyle. I felt more like a guest in someone's home rather than a customer. The room was very well... More

We stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay so much! Our room was quite small but really beautiful and comfortable. Our host was so friendly and helpful and we also loved her dog Jenson! The Guest House is only a ten minute walk away from the city centre which was really nice! Thank you for the good time :)... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Number 55. We arrived after a long train journey on Saturday evening and were warmly greeted by Pam. The room was on the small side but very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning was a choice between scrambled eggs and bacon and a continental selection. Both were lovely... More

Nicely appointed rooms , all en suite , very clean & nice Continental Breakfast served with a good choice of things & also choice a hot option... More

On arrival made to feel welcome, friendly lady, good location. Sadly the duration of our stay was very poor indeed. Arriving as a family and being promised rooms next to each other was not to be the case. We were asked for cash up front and the 1st night youngest member of family having to sleep on the 1st floor... More

When I say disappointed I mean in myself for not reading Trip Advisor before staying here. The room was small but it was ok and I didn't have a problem going downstairs for the loo or a shower but I did have a problem with the situation of the shower, it appears to have been a cuboard thats had a shower... Our 2 night stay was wonderful. The house is lovely, warm and well decorated. The room was warm and the beds very comfy. The ensuite shower was clean, warm and powerful. Off street parking was great and it is in a very central location. The continental breakfast was very delicious. Norah is a very helpful and considerate host. We will... More

Stayed in N55 for a single night whilst on a business trip. Booked the smallest room, which was tiny but well appointed with comfy bed and basic tea set. Was not, however, showed the shared facilities. Had to find my way to toilets during the night. The toilet/sink are in a tiny room, while the shower is just a cubicle... More

Norah is a lovely host, knows all the best places to eat and is a very knowledgeable tour guide. The B&B was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast of cereal and fresh fruit is fab! Full Scottish breakfast to follow, with very high quality meat from the local butcher. All in all a wonderful place to stay!
