I thought this was going to be fine on first impressions but how wrong could I be. I’ve never commented on trip advisor but feel I need to warn the public about his place after what I can only call a horrible time. Read the reviews and can’t understand them as Milly really was not that way with us. I... More

Anyone comes here will remember the host. She seemed very friendly and pleasant. The guest house is very cozy and spotless. It is very close to riverside. We stayed there for one very comfortable night. Thanks rabbies for booking this place for us.

Thanks to Rabbies for booking us here....loved it here. The room was great, clean, and roomy. We were within a 5 min walk to the Ness River and a wonderful dinner. Very quiet guest house with a great breakfast with a wide variety of offerings. We would definitely stay here again.....

Molly is delightful, the beds are comfy, the inn is homey, everything was perfect. We were passing through for our Scotland tour and stayed here. She also drove my sister right to the place we were eating for dinner! By far the best B and B my husband and I have stayed at.

My wife and I were super impressed. The lady of the house was very nice and breakfast was just grand. Cannot go wrong booking this place. It offers a great bed. Our room had 3 beds that could accommodate a large family.

We wished we could have had another night or two in Inverness. This guest house is situated a short walk from the River and many shops and restaurants, and is right across the street from a Tesco for snacks and drinks. Molly fixed the most delicious sausage we've ever eaten, made by a local butcher.

Molly was incredible. Charming, welcoming and she serves up a scrumptious breakfast. Good location, with a 5 minute walk across the bridge into the centre of Inverness. Quaint rooms with a good en-suite, and with toiletries provided. Lovely little place.

This place is purched on a round-about. The road noise is regular and through the night. I stayed on the room directly facing the road and heard every car that on my overnight stay. The rooms are small. The breakfast was good. Don't stay here if you like your piece and quiet.

The inn is spotless, breakfast is tasty and filling, Mollie is pleasant, but, but, but.... It was zero degrees outside, the radiator thermostat was set at 15 degrees and had not been running all day, and Mollie had it off by 10 pm, restart at 6 am and off again at 9 am. The room never exceeded 10 degrees. When... More

Stay here for a night during a trip with Rabbie's. Molly, the owner was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Full breakfast were serve homemade and they were yums. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay at Inverness.
