We stayed here for a wedding. The room itself was very nice with a great view of the hills. Very quiet and couldn't hear a sound during the night. Staff were very friendly and even at 5am, made sure we had coffee and shortbread before our taxi arrived. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Inverness.

We had booked a Luxury King room but on arrival were told we had been upgraded to a room in the separate Kingsclub facility. It seems from reviews the hotel routinely upgrades guests to this facility. This looked out over the Inverness golf course and had plenty of luxury trimmings and was very comfortable. The bed was the biggest and... More

My husband and I just returned from a one week stay at the Kingsmills Hotel. Good points: Had a classic king room which was the largest hotel room have ever stayed in, with a super king size bed, extremely comfortable with quality bedlinen. Large bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. All spotlessly clean. We overlooked the gardens and as... More

We had a room in the Kings Club with a huge bed, two sofas and a balcony overlooking a green on Inverness Golf Club. With a choice of venues and menus in the hotel we had the gourmet menu in the conservatory and it was excellent. The Kings Club area is splendidly decorated with Timrous Beasties style thistle carpet and... More

We stayed in the Kingsclub which is in a separate modern building. We had a delightful room with balcony and seating area overlooking one of the greens on Inverness Golf Club. The room and bathroom were large and extremely comfortable. On arrival we were greeted with the offer of a dram of malt or soft drink from friendly efficient staff.... More

It's hard to find the perfect room for a family of 5 (two adults, three children), but we found it at the Kingsmills Hotel in Inverness. We booked a family suite; the main room had a king bed with a large sitting area and a beautiful patio overlooking the garden. The room also had two (yes, I said two) bathrooms.... More

Having booked this hotel through a third party I had no idea what to expect other than it had a swimming pool and a leisure club. The price was average and we were staying in five different hotels around Scotland for roughly the same price £140.00 P/N, for two adults and three children, we were taken aback when we saw... More

The hotel is beautiful, beds are comfortable, rooms are also superb, my issue was the service. We went down to the bar around 2300 for a drink and small bite. Could not get anyone's attention to get served. We finally got served but decided to have one more drink. Again, could get no one's attention. People were scurrying around (many... More

Food is excellent, rooms are nice as well. Not to far of a walk from downtown. The front desk is very helpful. There was a wedding there at the same time we were there and we could hear bag pipes and see people in kilts. A lot of fun!!
