Nice location, beautiful surroundings, quiet area of the city, pleasant front staff. And then: No minibar. No air-condition. Yes - this is Scotland, but summerlike temperatures in May transferred the room into a sauna. No smile to be given from the bar staff, almost a rude behavior from one of the barkeepers.

Enjoyed my stay. Very welcoming lady at reception. Minor problem sorting / finding reservation but dealt with most professionally by getting tea / biscuits for us whilst she sorted out the problem.
