Very pleasant hotel, within walking distance of town centre. Beautiful room overlooking River Kent with swans and ducks swimming past! Good food and service, friendly staff. We did not use the gym/spa facility, too much else to do.

Beautiful impressive hotel, we had the Studio Room which is fantastically large with plenty space for kids, even has two bathrooms, although the kids sleeping room is small - not a problem but it gets pretty stuffy in there with 3 people in it. Stayed here overnight as working in local area. The accommodation was excellent and loved the fresh filtered coffee in the rooms. The hotel has a spa which was reasonably priced and if had been staying longer would have used. My room was in the Kingsclub which is seperate to the main hotel. Staff very attentive and helpful. This is our favourite place to stay in Inverness . Lovely large comfy beds we were in kings club . All the rooms in the hotel are nice . Yet another great stay . Well done to all the staff team . We will be back soon .

Went to this hotel as a Xmas present had been a afternoon tea voucher ! Not sure at first at my expectations , but wow were they exceeded ! The staff were all efficient and very friendly , nothing was any trouble ! We will be back !!! Oh the food was very good as well !!!!
