Despite a frosty reception when we arrived early, our stay turned out to be a nice one. We had booked on a deal and chose the hotel based on its location. As others have mentioned, it doesn't look special from outside, but the room was nice and more importantly, clean!

The staff were the nicest and most helpful people..I must mention Anna and Karen..both went the extra mile to help us ( with a smile)

Drab and dreary exterior. Car park is quite rutted. Generally I appealing exterior.
Reception smart and staff very helpful
Leisure facilities good.
Room 322 not good spots of chipped and damaged paintwork. On the 3rd floor and window will not close so get disturbed by road and rail noise.
