Group of 26 of us stayed after a charity event climbing Ben Nevis - Check in went smoothly. I have always envisaged "Ramada Jarvis" up there with Hilton and Marriott but I was very suprised to learn otherwise!? The room was more like something in a travel lodge and severly dated. Whole hotel in need of a renovation! No air... more

Although the location of this hotel is quite convenient, the hotel itself is quite rundown and in need of renovation. We thought that the hotel was more along the lines of two rather than three stars. It took about five minutes of running the shower to get some hot water, and then the pressure was quite low. The highspeed Internet... more

Location is set back from the river with road and car park in between. Has shopping street to front. Reception friendly and good. Parking was fine for us. Entrance areas and bar/restaurant were fine. Corridors were in poor condition needing some restoration. Our room was large and comfortable enough but the bed could have been better quality but perhaps thats... more

The hotel is just about 2-3 minutes walk away from Inverness Railway Station and next to the old town, making it a very convenient place to stay. The room was large and basic. However, the bathroom was not so good. It looked run down and cramped. The hotel has an indoor heated pool and health club which are just fine.... more

Driving into Inverness (my favourite place in the whole world) we were very excited about out stay at the ramada. There was parking space for us which was a suprise, also easy accesability to the reception from the car park was great however the good things stopped there. On check in i had to provide them with another credit card... more

Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city with parking available. Hotel was clean with excellent Scottish Breakfast. Check in wasn't handled well and wrong room allocated initially - probably new staff. Only one towel and shampoo in room despite booking for double, hotel policy it seems, but just a minor irritation. more

Just back from this hotel, after the drive from the Isle of Skye decided to go the the swimming pool and jacuzzi to relax before dinner. The jacuzzi was so dirty that after going down 2 steps I couldn't see my feet!!!! I think this is very unhygenic and a possible health hazard, made a quick exit back to my... more
