Not worth the money at all. Not a welcoming in the reception, windows full of birds excrements - could not see out. No reaction from the reception when complaining. A breakfast not worth the name. The only positive was that the hotel was centrally located. Totally disapointed on not according to the standard I am used to as Acoor-hotell guest.

Room was gorgeous! Exceptional value for money. Excellent location for a night out in Inverness. Our room looked straight up the high street and was quite noisy but a great atmosphere. Everything in the room first class - amazing abattoir facilities and the super king bed was incredible! Will definitely use his hotel again

Stopped here as part of a coach trip just for lunch 4/7/15, I had the veggie choice which was a Moroccan style dish, it had some flavour but was spoiled by being mixed with pasta, if it had just been the chickpeas and veg it would have been very good, but the pasta just spoiled the whole thing, others had... Good room layout with desk away from bed and TV area - important if you want to do some work which we have to at times on our 6 weeks away each year. In-house bar/bistro very good, and lovely waitress from Leeds (who'd had a year in Tenerife). Excellent food and good selection of wines by the glass.

We recently stayed here on our final night of our Scotland holiday and what a mixed bag it proved to be. The Room was well designed and well furnished we we lucky enough to be upgraded to a privilege room or so I thought The room was positioned on the 1st floor and on the street side there didn't seem... This hotel is a quite dated, but was still comfortable. Rooms were noisy, especially one which was right next to the lift (which was really slow). Food from the bar/restaurant downstairs was good. It was really central and there was an attended laundry a few minutes walk from the hotel so we were able to get some washing done.

After a very long day, punctuated by train delays we were booked in to the hotel by Darren who went out of his way to make us very welcome. The room was small but very clean and well furnished. Excellent bathroom. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare, but perfectly acceptable. A corporate city centre hotel stay made all the better... More

Lovely hotel in the heart of Inverness. Our room was huge with an enormous bed and a sofa bed, think it must have been a family room. Only let down was the lack of hanging space and small but adequate bathroom. Staff on reception were pleasant, lady ( with blonde hair ) who served us dinner on our first night... More

Our room appeared to have been recently updated, lovely King Bed but it took up the whole room there was no where for your suitcase. Booked 2 nights with Dinner on one night, reception and restaurant staff apparently told me wrong information over what I had paid for so had an argument when I checked out and it took ages... More
