We stayed here for a night in April while visiting Scotland. Inverness was a lovely city and this guesthouse was just like staying with family. Everything was in walking distance and our hosts treated us like we were old friends. Nothing could disappoint. more

Everything was as advertised - we particularly appreciated the EXCELLENT location, literally a few minutes walk (and a scenic one, at that) from the city centre, convenient to all public transit, wonderful restaurants and entertainment. There are many nice touches that made this stay memorable - including homemade shortbread (along with the tea service). The Scottish breakfast was wonderful, cooked... more

I highly recommend the place. The hosts are very friendly, common areas are just right: there is a cosy common room with internet access, books, and a small DVD library. Our room was more than we expected: modern en suite with all required amenities, a radio, TV with a DVD player, tea/coffee and most importantly, a very comfortable bed. The... more

This was my first B & B experience and it was really an unforgettable one. Infact, it was one of the highlights of my trip to Scotland and England in June, 2008. Each and everything about the WESTBOURNE reflected the exclusive taste and the personal touch of the hosts. From the breakfast in the morning to the pleasant personality of... more

Stayed in 6 different hotels/Guest houses in the past fortnight, I can honestly say, that this one was by far the best. World class, right down to the finest detail. Immaculately clean, comfortable. All mod-cons. You needn't ask for anything. Our room had a fridge, trouser press, excellent power shower and stero system. Available without asking for was Internet access,... more

Our stay at the Westbourne Guest House was very pleasant. The location is great, on the banks of the river Ness (wonderful sunsets). We stayed in the Bruce Room, it was very nice and clean. The bathroom was perfect. There were tea/coffee facilities, tv, hairdryer, dvd. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. In the room there is a very... more
