Now the Waterside could be one of the greatest hotels in Inverness within its class. My husband, mother-in-law and myself had an overnight stay in the Waterside and it was great. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and lovely bedlinen. Good hotel - easy to find online and book, comfortable room, no major problems in parking. £70 per night which seemed expensive but not out of the ordinary for northern scotland. Good bar with decent whisky selection. more

The hotel is in a delightful and peaceful location on the edge of town but only 5 minutes stroll to bars, restaurants etc. The food was so good however, we ate in the hotel every night.
