We stayed at this accommodation for two nights. Quiet. Excellent. Good breakfast. Advise people to book direct for discount. Can be expensive but worth the situation. Overlooks the river. Ask for this view. JB

We were two couples and one single adult. I booked three rooms (all at the same price, including breakfast). Room 5 had a good view of the river and nice sitting area. Room 4 also had a good view, with a smaller room, but larger bathroom (which included a separate tub and shower). However room 10 basically overlooked the parking... More

this was our first visit to Inverness and to the Glenmoriston Hotel. We loved the hotel. The entire experience beginning with check in went very smoothly. We changed rooms the last day that we were there into a room under the eaves Nd we loved it. It was very romantic and had the best view of the river.

Arrived at this hotel after staying in a dreadful inn in Ullapool and for the same money we were delighted with the quality of the Glenmoriston. It is within walking distance of the centre of Inverness with beautiful views over the river. Our room 22 was in the annexe and was clean and comfortable and very quiet, just a shame... More

This is a well situated and lovely hotel. The room was nice, even though it was away from the hotel, but the star of the show was the barman in the whisky bar. What a great asset he is with his knowledge and obvious love about all things whisky, and just a nice bloke to chat to as well. He... More

We were pleased to learn that overall you enjoyed your most recent stay but we must apologise for the approach of the receptionist regards our fine dining restaurant, as you quite rightly said, this should not have happened. We hope that we can look forward to welcoming you back again soon. With all good wishes, Jonathan More

We were given a lovely and larger room in the main building with a great view of the river - a definite plus. Reception was ok, in fact, that's how I felt about everything. It was all ok, except that for the price I expected very good as a minimum. The handy parking lot was another plus but not enough... More

We were in Inverness just one night. We only had breakfast here and it was sufficient. The rooms were clean but older and dated, nothing special. We stayed in the secondary building with a big empty living room with old couches catching dust. Felt like we were not a part of the hotel as a result. A nice part of... More

This hotel is in a lovely location on the River Ness and is only a short walk from the centre of Inverness. The staff are very friendly and the room we had was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is lovely with a great choice from freshly made pancakes to smoked salmon and scambled egg. It is all made to... More

We had a quiet room at the back but still had a view of the river. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We both slept very well and woke to enjoy a fresh breakfast with everything cooked to order. The bar was lively on Sunday evening but quiet on Monday. Although, I don’t drink whiskey it would be a...
