We stayed here two nights and enjoyed it very much good parking and lovely walk into town. Extremely clean spacious and comfortable room and beautiful breakfast. Price very reasonable compared with some places we have stayed. Would definitely return if ever back in Scotland

My husband and I stayed here for just 1 night in September. The B&B is only a 10 minute walk into the center of Inverness and we liked the location. However, the B&B itself was just average. Would I stay here again? Probably, because it was "fine" but I wouldn't seek it out and wouldn't hesitate to stay at one... More

We stayed here just overnight on a small tour of Scotland. I would highly recommend this place. A lovely spacious room with a HUGE bed! Every detail has been thought of, decorating is really nice and the rooms are all equipped with everything you'll need. Breakfast was delish, started with a buffet of fruit, croissants, muffins, cereal and juice and... More

I stay over for the marathon and found the guesthouse very centrally located. The owner (sorry I did not catch her name) very friendly and even agreed to make my breakfast early so I could get to the start line on time. The room was large with penalty of space and the bed was one of the best I have... More

Beautiful B&B near the centre of town. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is delicious: it comprises everything you wish for and more. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive. Would definitely stay there again when next visit Inverness.

This is a standard city Scottish B&B, run by nice people. It is a solid 3 star. It's only 4 star if you like ticking boxes rather than assessing the whole experience. The location and outlook are very much against.

Booked at the last minute and we were very lucky that there was a cancellation, superb room (no 7), free wi-fi, excellent off road parking, fantastic childrens play area and the breakfast was far better than the one we'd experienced in an upmarket hotel in Edinburgh the morning before (as were fellow guests!) Thanks very much Zhanara, we will be... More

We were extremely lucky to have a corner room with lovely bay windows. The room was huge, even the bathroom was carpeted. We felt very important. The restaurant was packed for dinner which proves the food was good & breakfast was excellent & quick. The owner Peter loved Aussies as his son had spent time at Sydney uni & was... More

We were warmly greeted upon our arrival by our host. The room was comfortable and met our needs. We were provided with a variety of recommendations on where to have an evening meal and also advice on the quickest way to walk into town. Breakfast was wholesome and plentiful with a range of options to tempt all palates. When we... More

Having looked at the Heathcote website and the previous reviews on Trip Advisor we were expecting great things. Nothing wrong really as the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was good as it was only a short walk along the river-side into the town and there was good off-road parking. Breakfast was ok too. In spite of all this... More
