Excellent and welcoming hosts. Warm and well-equipped en suite bedroom, Good choice of good quality breakfast items. An associate joined me for breakfast at no extra charge. Easily walkable from town centre.

Great host, warmly welcomed and very knowledgeable on the local area. The bedroom was clean, warm and well equipped with every thing you would expect, teas/coffees, soaps etc. There is WiFi available but unfortunately it is not unlimited and it came with heavy charges if you were to do any online streaming or downloading. Disappointing. The breakfast was heavenly and... More

We had a lovely stay at Heathcote Bed and Breakfast. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, great to chat with! The room was well equipped and the bed was huge, warm and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options! The cooked breakfast was great (tasty mushrooms!!). We would recommend this bed and breakfast to others (we wish we could... More

Booked as B&B appeared ok on the Internet. Very disappointing stay. Accommodation is accessed via a hidden side entrance rather than the front door that you would normally expect from a B&B. Restricted check in and out times. The room could be described as shabby and very dated. Hardboard covers on doors, very plain on-suite and lots of electrical wires... More

I enjoyed my stay at this nice little B&B, it was very easy to find and the car park at the back was a definite plus. The room was big and warm, fully equipped with a kettle, a selection of tea/coffees, a blow dryer and a nice cozy blanket. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, Peter is a great cook!... More

Was influenced by tripadvisor reviews when booking this b and b so feel kind of obliged to rate our expeience. Very restricted checking in times (5-6.30pm) and breakfast from 8-8.45am seems slightly regimental. Room fine and clean but dated. Bed comfortqble but definitely smelled of damp and one of the thinnest duvets I have ever seen. Reasonalble value for money... More

My husband and I stayed here two nights and enjoyed our stay. The B&B is on a busy road, but there is free parking behind the building and despite overlooking the street, our room was quiet. It is a quick 15-20 min walk to downtown Inverness along the river. We had a big, bright, clean room with a nice, comfortable... More

Weekend in Inverness, stayed at this lovely, clean & modern B&B with very friendly owners Peter & Zhanara. Off road parking behind the house & separate entrance for guests are good features. Lovely 20 minute stroll into town a long the river. Perfect! Thank you!

Stayed at Heathcote only for it's location but now wished we had stayed in a hotel. When we arrived at 3pm we were faced with a notice that check-in was only between 5.00 and 6.30pm. This affected our plans. When we returned at 11pm, the room was freezing and there was only one cup for tea. The room was cold... More

We stayed here two nights and enjoyed it very much good parking and lovely walk into town. Extremely clean spacious and comfortable room and beautiful breakfast. Price very reasonable compared with some places we have stayed. Would definitely return if ever back in Scotland
