Very tastefully furnished guest house, within 5 mins walk of Inverness town centre, breakfast excellent and the landlady very friendly, and off road parking, which was a bonus so near to the town. Cant wait to be back !!

Got into town w/o a reservation, lucked into this house. Very nice, clean, great breakfst, . Room very spacious, beds were great, small shower but workable. Close to town and nighly entertainment. Kathy is a sweet hostess, makes you feel right at home.

Wonderful B&B close to the heart of Inverness with spacious, clean and bright rooms throughout. Our host Kathy is kind! The bed is cozy and warm, and the bathroom are clean. As to the breakfast, we had the full Scottish breakfast. They are so yummy, my mom especially likes the black pudding! All in all, everything is recommended!

Excellent location, very clean and spacious room ( bathroom a bit small but ok), excellent breakfast ( with choice between continental and scottish), the owner is very kind and friendly,very beautiful dining and sitting room. Definetly a very good place to stay. A special thank to Kathy.
