An ideal place to stay with in easy walking distance of the Ironworks and other music venues in Inverness. A comfortable room and a lovely breakfast the next morning. Very clean and well maintained establishment. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. excellent value for money.

Unfortunately this property is on an extremely busy street but we had a lovely room and the biggest bathroom we've ever seen, very luxurious as well. Breakfast is lovely, especially when the owner does everything herself - she's a very friendly person. A little bit of a walk to centre of town but not too bad.

We stayed for 2 nights last August . Our room was lovely and roomy and was nicely decorated. The large bathroom was a bonus although the spa bath did not work. Breakfast was ok and the B and B was only a short walk into the town centre. It is located on a busy road.

Usually stay at Travelodge but as Inverness is expensive decide to try something different. Excellent room, good breakfast and free wifi. All the things Travelodge don't do and although quite dear for one person still better than Travelodge. Very handy sited for a walk over the river into the city. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed two nights at Carisbrook. Ally, our host, was friendly and helpful. We loved her wonderful dog, Teigan! Breakfast was excellent. We would recommend this guesthouse. Easy walk across the bridge to all the restaurants and pubs.

A beautiful Guest House managed by a warm and friendly person, Alison (Ally). My sister (from Canada) and I stayed in Room 3 for 4 nights and were not disappointed in any way. Our room was spotless and very well presented and was maintained that way throughout our stay (thanks to Barbara). We were made so welcome and felt very... More

This guest house has a central location, downtown is just across the river. Room was very modern and comfortable. Wifi works very well. You can also use a hidden parking place. Breafast was very good.
