We were met by Paul who was deputising for Fiona and he certainly made us feel welcome! We were given a huge room with a large en-suite room. Our view of the fields was lovely. Everywhere was so clean and smart. Our bed was comfortable and the shower was very powerful! Breakfast was good and overall we would recommend a... More

This place gets everything right. Exceptionally spacious and well furnished and provisioned, and run to a professional standard by a lady who clearly understands customer service, it's a real pleasure to encounter such sheer quality. It just goes to prove yet again that what you pay and what you get in Scotland, as in the rest of the UK, bear... More

Two or three of our other Scottish hotel rooms might comfortably fit into the one we occupied in Ardbrae House. As well, it was modern, well furnished, impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed, and a capacious bathroom (where everything functioned perfectly). Through our windows, we had a beautiful view of pastoral Scotland. There were chooks wandering around: the eggs at... More

We spent two nights here during a week long tour of the Highlands. We should have stayed longer as there are so many fantastic roads to ride. When we pulled up on our bikes, Fiona came straight out and said we could use the huge double garage for the bikes. So not only were they secure for the night but... More

Ardbrae House is a great place to stay. Stopped here before running the River Ness 10k and had a great nights sleep and awoke fresh and ready for the race, then ate too much breakfast (because it was so nice) to do a 10k. Fiona gives a really friendly welcome and you feel at home straight way. The room was... More

We had just arrived in Scotland, flown all night, driven for 4 hours and were exhausted and Fiona gave us a wonderful welcome. The B&B is about 10 minutes outside of Inverness in the country. The location was very peaceful and quiet. Fiona offered us a very relaxed and comfortable home away from home. This was the biggest family room... More
