We had our wedding ceremony and evening reception here. The staff on the day and the day shift manager could not be faulted for their efforts. The facility and food was amazing and those opinions were echoed by our guests. The only bad taste left from our experience that was unknown to our guests was from the actual wedding planners.... Although room was a good size, it was in need of a good freshen up. Executive double room was adequately equiped but nothing special at all. Booked with tesco vouchers. Hotel seemed to be more geared to business than leisure. Staff were polite but there was no 'banter'. Appearred distant and unapproachable. I think it must have been very quiet... More

The accommodation is very good indeed. Comfortable armchairs to relax in the evening. The breakfasts were of a very high standard, but a bit expensive. Dinner was also very nice, but definitely too expensive. However, the staff were very pleasant and attentive, so all in all, I am happy to rate it highly.

I booked afternoon tea as a surprise for my wife's birthday yesterday........it was a wonderful experience from stasrt to finish. The atmosphere in the lounge is so relaxing and comfortable. The table was ready set awaiting our arrival even decorated with a vase of fresh flowers. A wonderful selection of freshly made finger sandwiches with different fillings including smoaked salmon... Nice hotel with pleasant staff. Nicely sized room with comfortable king bed, great pillows and large bath. The problem is that it isn't close by anything, so you need a cab to get anywhere. And the staff was clueless as to helping me rent a car (a basic assistance that any high-quality hotel should have at the ready). If you... More

have stayed before but things have slipped a little. Showers in 2 different rooms very poor pressure and getting a bit moldy. Found the beds rather hard and got room 206 which as has been said in other reviews is very noisy with the air con unit and the kitchen underneath. Staff were very helpful and breakfast good with lots... More

My wife and I decided to try the New Drumossie Hotel (Don't know why it's called NEW, it's been there for decades) for afternoon tea. We have tried other places in Inverness(Kingsmills Hotel for example) and enjoyed their menu very much. Having looked at the reviews for the Drumossie Hotel it came highly recommended so we thought, as it was... More

This is a great hotel to stay in when visiting Inverness it is a ten minute drive to the city centre. The rooms are really nice and very clean, we had a great night sleep and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
