Called to book a room for 1 night, I was told the room was available and asked what time we would be arriving, I replied around midnight as traveling from Lancaster. The man on phone said I'm not saying up that late to check you in. Can't believe that the guest house is thriving that much that they will turn... More

We stayed here 2 nights in central Inverness. It features a good location and a good value. The internet worked fine. We were satisfied with our stay. The bathroom could've used updating - the toilet required 2 rapid flushes to work, and the sink water pressure could've been better. The owner/manager seemed cheerful, and transactions went smoothly. Did not get... More

The guest house is basic, the down town is not so far and the neighborhood is quiet with a lot of other guest houses. The room and the bed were not perfectly clean, also the bathroom. The internet connection is free, but with a good signal only in the common rooms. You have to pay an extra for breakfast. If... More

I spent 3 nights. Breakfast was perfectly fine with a selection of cereals, fruit and juices as well as hot meal. Easy stroll to city centre. Clean! Shower small but adequate. Friendly helpful staff and owner.

Pretty basic, wifi not good in room, breakfast no the best either with little choice. Upon arrival the landlord only seemed keen to get my money, on a plus side, a great location, very quiet, easy parking and short walk into town

Stayed overnight as part of our scotland trip. Turned out to be a good choice. Spotlessly clean, fresh linens & towels, spacious rooms, host was humble & always there for your help. Not to mention that we will definitely stay here whenever we visit Inverness again. Thanks for a pleasant stay ! Yasin Blackpool

A very homely B&B with a comfortable room, tight shower and good breakfast. Very helpful staff with useful advice on things to do around Inverness. Pub and restaurants within 10 mins walk and within easy drive to Loch Ness.

We had 2 rooms for our family of 5 adults. The rooms were neat and tidy and we had no problem with the bathrooms. The breakfast room was clean and we enjoyed the breakfast which was well cooked and good. Cereals and fruit juices were plentiful.
