I never give terrible reviews, so when i give 1, you should trust me on this. If first impression can ever make you feel run out of a place, this was it for me. I'm trying (read struggling!) to be less biased by writing good & bad things for you to decide: GOOD: - they kept my booking over phone... More

Have to say this is the worst B & B I have stayed in, and I have stayed in many in Inverness. The room was small with a bathroom in a cupboard area. The walls were so thin I could hear everything from the room next door !! That included football blaring loudly on TV until 2.00 a.m. The TV... More

Basic clean lodging and solid breakfast. We arrived at Inverness late at night although it was still daylight. We walked to this great location but we got lost on a similarly named road. But it is very handy to town and train station. Small but adequate room. Bath had an automatic door that was heavy and needed to be propped... More

I suppose you can't expect much at £30 per night in Inverness, but this place really should do better. Paint flaking off the toilet-seat, which only becomes apparent when the seat is lifted (and of course it's down when they show you the room), a doubtful shower cabinet. However, the place was basically clean, as was the bed and linen.... More

With the exception of those concentrating solely on the West Coast, chances are that any holiday in the Highlands of Scotland will involve at a visit to Inverness: for most travelling by public transport, it is likely to be a stopover or even a base, since it’s the hub for journeys north, south east and west. Although it has grown... More

I booked our stay before reading the TA reviews so was very nervous. When we arrived, we were greeted by a woman who was one of the most friendliest staff members I've dealt with. We arrived quite early for check-in, and my son was interested in some of the breakfast that was still out. She offered us both breakfast w/o... More

For the price that you have to pay, I really would not recommend staying here. Our room was tiny with a really low ceiling and was unbearably hot at night - what didn't help this was the fact that the window was half broken so you either had to have it open fully and flapping above your head all night... Was double booked - no offer of refund or even reduction in price. I was offered a very sub standard room as an alternative. Dirty carpets, very tired looking, small and cramped with no ensuite which I had paid for. It was poorer than any hostel I've stayed in - please avoid.

We booked this hotel 2 months before at not a lesser price and were relaxed and happy for our trip to inverness. We reach this B & B(so called hotel) late at midnight, assuming it would be an easy entry as one could expect in the hotel. It was literally very cold that night and we were new to Inverness.... The only thing tis place has going for it is the location. When we went through the front door the stale smell hit you. Our bedrooms were in the basement and you could not swing a cat let alone put the only patio folding chair up. The mattress was so bad you actually sank down onto the base of the... More
