On the plus side, Kenny is a great host with a good sense of humour that kept us smiling. Breakfast was good and filling. Location is convenient, with a short walk to the old town centre. Parking was hassle free as well. I had read other reviews that flagged room size, and when I raised with the Kenny before we... More

I stayed for 3 nights on my 10 day tour of Scotland and found Kenny to be very welcoming and informative. He gave me great advise on where to eat and also information about the surrounding area. The breakfasts were fantastic and served by Kenny in his kilt, I knew I was in Scotland for sure! Quiet location with plenty... More

It was our second stay in Inverness and the best B&B that we had. We enjoyed our 14 days very much, we had a clean washroom, a lovely room, that we feel very comfortable und safe. The breakfast vom Kenny was great and he take time to speak to his guests personaly. We enjoyed our holiday stay by Kenny and... More

Kenny the owner is great and the location is an easy walk to city center. But I woke up the third morning with my arms covered in red welts and tiny blood spots on my pillow and the sheet. My mom found a bug crawling on my bed; she also had several bites. We took the bug to Kenny. He... More

Our room was clean and ok for a one night stay but it was very small. The host was nice but when we arrived he said the rooms are very small and if we wanted to go somewhere else once we had seen the room that was ok. This was very strange given that there was no mention of this... More

I was travelling on my own and Ken and Dorothy went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe. Great food, clean room and washroom, close to downtown and most of all I felt welcome. What more could you ask for.

Centrally located- 5 minutes walk to city center but in quiet residential location. Nice room...not spectacular but clean, quiet. and comfortable. Best part was how friendly and welcoming Kenny was. We had to leave early the next morning so had to miss breakfast but Kenny packed up a breakfast-to-takeaway package that included everything--very generous. I would definitely stay there again.

Property is located in a residential area but easy to find. Very convenient walk to the city center and all the amenities one could want. This was one of the first B&B that we stayed at while in Scotland. The accommodations were very nice. We had a large room in the front of the building. Kenny cheerfully greeted us when... More

Kenny is an excellent host, giving us lots of good information and suggestions for places to eat, etc. It was an easy walk to the City Center, despite the hills and we had an excellent dinner at the Castle Tavern. Our room was quiet and the beds were great! Figuring out the shower was a little challenging, but it was... More

We stayed here last September during our first trip to Scotland. We were very happy - the room was lovely, with comfortable bed and Kenny is great host, very helpful and caring. The location is also very convenient, walking distance to train station.
