We were happy enough to spend 2 nights at the Cedar Villa, in which time we were made to feel right at home. Even enjoying a few beers at the local with the owner of the B&B. Room was clean, cosy and quaint, plenty of Scottish character! owners were helpful & were able to recommended plenty of sites and places... More

Stayed 2 nights here for our self drive tour to the Isle of Skye. Excellent and friendly hosts. Warm and homely room. Enjoyed our stay. Only problem was the curtains were not enough to block out the sun beginning to brighten our room at 4 plus am during summer so could not sleep much longer. Got to open the windows... More

Just a few minutes walk from downtown Inverness. Frank, our host gave great advice on things to see during our stay. We were traveling with our teen age boys, so had a couple of rooms. The boys were also comfortable and felt welcome.

Stayed here twice now and its a perfectly satisfactory B and B with welcoming hosts. Nicely situated a 5 minute walk from the City Centre via a pedestrian/cycle bridge. Breakfast excellent and good free wifi. Would have done a 5 star rating if the en suite was truly as such. For my room (3?) the bathroom was down steps over... More

This little B and B is on a street with a zillion others, from the outside they all look about the same. Frank the owner is friendly and does a nice job in being helpful. The beds are comfy, breakfasts hearty and all nice and clean and very safe feeling. Very close to the bridge over the river Ness to... More

The B&B is very cosy, room was quiet and clean with great en-suite facilities, breakfast was very nice and we really loved the hospitality of our host. He gave us great advise concerning what to do in and around Inverness.

I stay in quite a few hotels and guest houses and was utterly delighted by my stay at Cedar Villa! The thing is, so many places are impersonal - but staying with Frank and Lisa I really did feel I was treated like part of the family. The room was comfy and spacious. I slept well. It was very clean... More

The room was a mess, wasn't at all cleaned, and during our one night stay we had to kill two insects on our room. Also, the beds seemed to be broken. The only non negative experience was the breakfast. Would definitely not recommend.

We went to inverness for one night, and we choose the best place possible to sleep. Lisa and Frank are a very nice and warm couple. They treated us like family and they did all they could to make our stay very confortable! It was a great room, with big windows (clarity), and with plenty of space. Great breakfust with... More

Warm and welcome stay where we truly felt rejuvenated. We got excellent advice to where to visit on our stay at Inverness. Lovely couple keeping the place. Breakfast was splendid. I recommend this everyone when staying in Inverness city. :)
