The days I was at Craigside, there was fresh snow on the mountains off in the distance (we're talking late May here, so yeah -- that was a little weird!). The Inverness Castle below looked different at different times of the day, including late evening with the indigo blue of twilight. I would stand at the window for minutes at... More

This B&B is in a great location with an awesome view over the town and castle. The rooms were spotless, the wifi worked great, and the food was yummy. It was just a short walk to town and an even shorter walk to a great pub with good food. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful....we even learned a bit... More

What a delightful B&B we came across in Inverness. Everything was top quality an rooms were very comfortable, cosy and clean. Breakfasts were delicious too. The owners were delightful, and Amy was very helpful. A five minute walk into the city - a great town Inverness - loved Rocpool Restaurant. Keep up the good work at your lovely B&B.

We got to Craigside after a long drive from Aberdeenshire. There was a spot to park our car so that was nice. Our twin room was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge! You could probably fit a person in there with a sleeping bag if your roommate snores. Craigside is only a short walk down to the city center... More

We stayed at Craigside Lodge for the one night on a tour of Scotland & have since travelled most of the UK & Europe. Amy was the most awesome person we met on our entire trip in terms of her general attitude & helpful nature. Nothing was an issue & she cooked an amazing brekkie. The rooms were very neat,... More

We stayed at Craigside Lodge in October 2011 for only one night and wish it could have been longer. This B&B is perfect: the outside, the location, the surroundings, the inside, the views, the breakfast, the owners. Not a negative word to say!

Stayed here for 2 nights in October 2011 when in Inverness for business. The spacious double room and en suite made for a really relaxing place in the evening after a busy day of work. The delicious breakfast each morning also really set me up for the day. I'd really recommend this as a home away from home style place... More

Craigside is outstanding for its charming and friendly hosts, Amy and Ewan, its excellent location close to many attractions in Inverness, and its attractive and spotless interior. It's just a few minutes walk from the lovely River Ness as well as the pedestrian center of Inverness. Amy was very accommodating and let us check in early to drop off our... More
