I stayed in the Rossmount for 2 days with my child. The B&B has an elegant feel and everything is simple and luxurious. It's on a lovely quiet street that is a short walk down to the centre of town. Breakfast is very good, made with fresh local sausage, black pudding and haggis. Our hosts were generous, thoughtful, and very... More

We stayed at the Rossmount for a night during our December holidays. It was everything we thought a Bed and Breakfast should be. The couple that runs it are extremely friendly; they reminded me of my grandparents. They even ask you what you want for breakfast. The rooms are spacious, with a true home feel. Plus they have a small... More

We stayed for two night in June 2015 and Robert and Ruth could nothave been kinder. Firstly they let us keep our car in their garage for the week before we even arrived while we walked the Great Glen Way. This was very generous of them and we are verythankful for that. It was a comfort that we knew our... More

Stayed for three nights in a very large room at the front of the house. Our hosts were very friendly and very helpful. The guest house is ideally situated to see the best of Inverness. The only thing we had to watch out for was keeping the window shut when fellow guests were smoking at the front of the house.

Inverness is a lovely city. The Haar cloaked the town. The Rossmount is a lovely Guest House. Quiet street! Screaming fast WiFi! The owner is a kick...felt like I was staying with a friend. Breakfast was great! Right around the corner from a fantastic pub to eat The Castle Tavern. I will book here again. As an aside...I was intrigued... More

One night here with my daughter. Very comfortable twin room. Loved the bowl of sweeties, Tunnocks and Fairtrade hot chocolate. Very good continental breakfast with fresh fruit and plenty of cheese. Proprietor very friendly and provided map of Inverness. Cooked breakfast looked tasty and vegetarian options available.

This guest house accommodation is situated in a quiet residential area and is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station (via steps). There is a step free route, which adds approx. 5 minutes. Our twin bedded room had everything we needed for our overnight stay and was warm and cozy. It was not ensuite, but we were... More

I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife in April and it was a great experience. I am a little late in writing this review but perhaps good as the time duration would temper any initial euphoria or heartburn. We stayed in a double room with attached bath and it was perfect with nice sunlight through those big windows.... More
