Rossmount is the best B&B I have ever known, seen, or heard of. It was so perfectly clean, cozy and comfortable that after check-in it was extremely hard to leave the house for Inverness city tour! :P Breakfast was excellent as well, and the owner was very nice and friendly. Would recommend to anyone visiting Inverness & looking forward to... More

We had a great two-day stay at Rossmount. Robert and Ruth were so nice and welcoming, the room was perfect and breakfast was very delicious. Robert even drove us to the car rental on the last day, which saved us a half-hour walk. If we ever find ourselves in Inverness again, this is the place we'll stay in.

We were very pleased with the Rossmount Guest House where we were made very welcome by the owners, Robert and Ruth, and not forgetting little Milo, who was very tolerant of our nosy young dog. The room was really comfortable with lots of thoughtful extras. Breakfast was a real pleasure - loved Ruth's fresh fruit salad. The location of the... More

We could only be in Inverness for one night. We could not have found a better place. Perfectly situated for exploring the town and dining out, and yet tucked away on a quiet residential street. Our room had two beds and we shared a bath. Not normally our ideal to share, but here I would have no problem doing it... More

I stayed at Rossmount Guest House for 3 nights and 3 wonderful breakfasts, with a very merry Robert, lot of chatting, always smiling and telling jokes. My room was not that big but at great price, with everything I needed, I emptied the bowl of sweets !. Amazing bathtub & shower, these scottish people know how to welcome guests !... More

We are two older ladies who were travelling to Orkney from Suffolk and needed a stopover in Inverness. We chose Rossmount based on Tripadvisor reviews and they proved very accurate. Robert met us at the train station even though we were an hour late and then drove us to a nearby pub so that we could get a meal before... More

Stayed 3 nights in September 2014. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel right at home. The rooms were clean & comfortable with nice furnishings and lots of nice touches like the bowl of sweets in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection available (including Grant's black pudding -heaven!). Parking this close to... More

We stayed for two nights at Rossmount Guest House, and highly recommend this B&B to other visitors to Inverness. Bob is a very welcoming host. Very clean and comfortable throughout, together with a delicious breakfast !
