Beautifully located on the River Ness, perfect for a stroll into the town centre on an evening. Parking on site. Rooms/bathrooms very clean and everything you need in a bedroom. Landlady very jolly and very accommodating, told us where to go and where to eat etc, even gave us a voucher for free drinks. Highly recommended.

We chose this b&b based on other comments but very disappointed. Location excellent on the river and short walk into town. However the bedroom was out of the ark! Our room was small but reasonably comfortable. Breakfast adequate but ordinary in comparison to other similar B & B's. The owner seemed too tired of the business to put much time or effort into her guest's well being. Great position on the River Ness but no view from our window.

Lovely guest house run with efficiency by the owner.
