We used a groupon deal for 2 nights here and then booked another night to stay so 3 nights all in all. We were truly surprised at how brilliant it was. We travel a lot and are used to both low and high standards and we are so glad that we stopped here. Plenty of parking spaces, place looks clean... More

We stayed in the chieftain hotel in mid may this year. It is a few minutes away from the tow centre and the room plus en suite were nice and clean. The problems began when we had to ask at the reception to put the heating on, it was freezing in our room. The man at the reception answered it... More

Friends and I spent our first evening in Inverness at the Chieftan. The food was fabulous and the service was great. To make the evening even better, the locals were very friendly and we had a great time.

Chose to stay over in Inverness prior to a red eye flight the next morning, so did not have food on this occasion. Lovely welcome, hotel was spotlessly clean and warm in all area's even for beginning of January. Really good well thought out bedrooms for the modern traveller, good bedroom products, lovely bed and nice soft furnishings, well worth... More

Looks a bit better on the outside now that refurb is complete and inside is lovely. I ended up trying to... More

Hi Im sorry that you were not happy with service on this occasion. We did have 3 staff on this evening but obviously underestimated how busy it was going to be! There is no excuse for the bar mans attitude & I do apologise for this! I hope you will change your mind & return to the Chieftain Hotel soon! More
